Congratulations to our partners in Kansas City, Missouri, on Niagara Bottling, LLC’s $156 million investment in a 634,000-sq.-ft., production facility at 11440 N. Airworld Drive. The company plans to create nearly 100 new jobs. Mark Long, Newmark Zimmer, led the real estate search for this project.
