Northeast

Blue Springs

Briarcliff
An upscale neighborhood located less than five minutes north of downtown, Briarcliff has a little bit of everything.  

Cameron
Boasting the largest population increase in rural northwest Missouri, Cameron exemplifies small town community living. At the crossroads of I-35 and U.S. 36 this community offers easy travel access for that big city getaway. 

Excelsior Springs
Known historically for more than 30 different wells and springs, Excelsior Springs was originally known for its health resort and its many spas. Now the city is recognized for its beautiful scenery, antiques and three National Historic districts.

Gladstone
Located only ten minutes from the Kansas City airport and ten minutes from downtown, Gladstone offers historic and new homes, great schools and a 38-acre nature preserve.

Independence

North Kansas City

Smithville

Southeast

Belton
Belton offers two 18-hole golf courses, one being the home of Lock Loyd Country Club and its professional golfer’s association’s golf course. Along with eight parks and a state-of-the-art wellness center, Belton also has a 69-acre sports center.

Blue Springs
Located on Interstate 70, less than a half hour from downtown Kansas City, Blue Springs is a newly energized, fast-growing place that knows the meaning of community.

Brookside
The tree-lined streets of this trendy neighborhood is walkable and enjoyable not only for the "KC only" restaurants, bars and shopping, but for the quaint English atmosphere.

Grain Valley
Great schools, parks and neighborhoods, along with low crime, new infrastructure, and a wide variety of housing choices are just a few of the reasons why residents are drawn to this growing community.

Grandview
Grandview is a popular choice for families who want to be in the metropolitan area, but prefer the amenities of a smaller community. 

Harrisonville
Harrisonville offers access to the convenience and amenities of metropolitan life. Full of historic homes and nationally registered parks, it offers a moderate cost of living that falls below the national average and a high quality of life.

Lake Lotawana
Lake Lotawana is one of the deepest lakes with some of the clearest water in the region; residents enjoy a large mix of activities from boating groups to a gardening club.

Lee’s Summit
This community maintains the essence of a small town, while offering a variety of shopping venues, boutiques, restaurants and family-friendly events.

Lone Jack
A rural location approximately 30 minutes from the heart of the Kansas City metro, Lone Jack has everything you need to live while being close enough for people to explore the city on a daily basis. 

Oak Grove
Oak Grove has steadily flourished into an astonishing suburb, besides the award-winning schools, this area is rife with lakes, outdoor parks and year-round youth athletic and non-athletic activities. 

Pleasant Hill
Full of rich history, Pleasant Hill has grown into a charismatic trail town with a train depot, civil war buildings and a historic museum. The city recently became part of Missouri’s Katy Trail State Park system initiative linking Kansas City to St Louis via trails that mirrored the railways. 

Raymore

Raytown

Northwest

Atchison, Kansas
Nestled along the Missouri River, Atchison is full of riverside settings, antiques, boutique shops and historic homes. Full of rolling hills for hiking and riverside walking trails, there are activities for all ages.

Historic Westheight
Developed in the early 20th century, this neighborhood boasts a variety of architectural styles such as the Prairie School Victorian, and the Arts and Crafts.

Kansas City, KS 
Just across the river from the downtown area is Kansas City Kansas, with its many attractions, historic sites and plenty of art galleries.

Lansing
Situated on the Missouri River and located within minutes of four major highways, Lansing offers small town atmosphere with big city accessibility. With a new state-of-the-art high school built in 2015, schools in Lansing are consistently highly ranked in the state.

Leavenworth                                                                                                                The city of Leavenworth, founded in 1854, was the first city incorporated in the state of Kansas. Leavenworth offers a 28-block historic shopping district, which includes antique shops, restaurants, a brewery and a variety of artisan gift shops. 

Parkville
Home to The National Golf Club, designed by legendary golfer Tom Watson, Parkville offers extensive active lifestyle opportunities.  

Riverside 
With a healthy mix of new and existing homes, a highly-rated school district, lots of open space, extensive walking/biking trails and no city personal property, real estate or earning taxes, Riverside is ready to welcome you. 

St. Joseph

Weston

Southwest

Bonner Springs
Located on the western edge of the Kansas City metropolitan area, Bonner Springs is a convenient place to stay, and provides great access to local and metro-wide attractions.   

DeSoto
DeSoto offers a quiet community while having the advantage of easily commuting to jobs through out the Kansas City area. De Soto offers a wide variety of housing opportunities, such as starter-home subdivisions, golf course communities and homes with acreage.

Emporia
Just an hour and half from downtown Kansas City, Emporia is home to Emporia State University and 18 parks covering 250 acres. The Granada district is Emporia’s own arts and entertainment district featuring art, movies, theatre and shopping.

Fairway
Known as the "city of trees," Fairway features manicured lawns, broad swooping streets and hilly terrain.  

Gardner
Located just south and west of downtown Kansas City, Gardner offers suburban living with major highway access to city amenities. Gardner is also home of the Johnson County Fair which draws thousands every summer.

Hallbrook
Located near the elegant Town Center Plaza shops, Hallbrook Country Club and the neighborhood boast several newly-developed upscale homes.

Kansas City, KS 
Just across the river from the downtown area is Kansas City Kansas, with its many attractions, historic sites and plenty of art galleries.

Lake Quivira
This private community is a destination for outdoor activities including fishing, water sports and it certainly isn't uncommon to see families relaxing on their boats from late spring to mid-fall. 

Lawrence
Located 45 minutes from Downtown Kansas City and home to the University of Kansas, Lawrence is a historic college town that possesses a wide array of eclectic shops, excellent restaurants and beautiful Midwestern scenery.

Leawood                                                                                                              Leawood offers exceptional schools and is recognized as a desirable location to live and work. Covering 14.7 square miles, Leawood boarders the Missouri state line and offers easy access to restaurants, shopping and highways.

Louisburg

Manhattan
Just two hours west of Kansas City, Manhattan is home to Kansas State University. More than just a college town, Manhattan is surrounded by the beautiful flint hills. Visiting the zoo, hiking and biking, numerous gardens and parks are all some of the many attractions offered by this growing city.

Mission Hills
Named the third-wealthiest municipality in the U.S., Mission Hills offers exclusively-fine homes accentuated by historic sculptures and fountains.
