KCinNYC 2018

KCADC traveled to The Big Apple with Visit KC to co-host NYC business, lifestyle and travel journalists, and give them a taste of Kansas City’s food, cocktail, coffee, maker and music scenes. KCinNYC delivered a talented team of chefs, artists, entrepreneurs and musicians to bring our Midwest culture to midtown Manhattan. 

Our talent included:

  • Shanita McAfee-Bryant, Magnolia’s on the Move, winner of Food Network’s Cutthroat Kitchen
  • Michael Corvino, James Beard semifinalist, Corvino Supper Club

#KCinNYC was blowing up on social media garnering 42 Instagram posts with 2,431 engagements, 65 tweets with 312 engagements, 14 Facebook posts, 2 LinkedIn posts and more. The event was also covered by Hype Magazine, QRO Magazine and Manhattan Digest
