Spanning 3,300 acres, KCI 29 Logistics Park is the largest contiguous, shovel-ready industrial site in Missouri. Assembled by Hunt Midwest, the megasite will support continued investment in the Kansas City region and is aimed at attracting national and international large-scale users.
KCI 29 Logistics Park is conveniently located in the logistics epicenter of the U.S. with direct access to the new Kansas City International Airport terminal, KCI Air Cargo Hub, and Interstates 29 and 435. The central U.S. location offers companies the ability to reach 90% of the continental U.S. in two days via ground transportation or overnight via air freight through carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS and Amazon Prime Air.
With onsite transmission-level power, transmission waterline and wastewater treatment plant, KCI 29 Logistics Park is ideally positioned for companies in the manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce and technology sectors.
KCI 29 Logistics Park’s first phase of infrastructure advancements is currently underway with expected completion in fall 2023. The business park offers flexibility to meet a large-scale tenant’s unique demands through build-to-suit, land sale or building lease opportunities. Entitlements include up to 20-year tax certainty and the option for clean, renewable energy through the utility provider.
The first tenant in the KCI 29 Logistics Park will be Ace Hardware’s new 1.5 million-sq.-ft. distribution center.
