We will be joined by Loretta Summers, President of the Summers Advisory Group, Inc and adjunct professor at Johnson Community College. She will be discussing Unconscious Bias During the Hiring Process. Additionally, we will also briefly hear from Johnson County Community College staff regarding grants available to businesses that have been impacted by COVID-19 for employee training through JCCC Continuing Education courses.
