Amazon Announces Growth in KC

Congratulations to our partners in Wyandotte County on the news that Amazon will locate an 855,000-sq.ft. product shipping facility in Kansas City, Kansas, eventually employing more than 1,000. Joe Accurso and Rob Holland at Cushman & Wakefield managed the project and lease.

KCADC's work to promote Kansas City as the ideal place for eCommerce has resulted in projects pledging to create more than 5,000 new jobs in the KC region since 2013. The KCADC team is also focused on workforce development and attraction initiatives that confirm the growth and quality of our regional talent pool.
