We are Saint Luke's

With 16 hospitals and campuses dotting the map across the Kansas City region, we offer nationally-ranked and recognized health care alongside home care and hospice, behavioral health, dozens of physician practices, and the metro’s premier senior living community. The Saint Luke’s Mid America Heart Institute is the region’s longest continuously-operating adult heart transplant program, and one of the nation’s top 50 cardiology and heart surgery programs. Our nationally-ranked Saint Luke’s Marion Bloch Neuroscience Institute is at the cutting edge of treating complex brain and spinal cord diseases and operates the nation’s leading stroke reversal program. Additionally, we’re the region’s only treatment center for advanced breast cancer, and offer the highest level of expertise in clinical oncology and tumor genetics within 450 miles.

The city we call home is a thriving and diverse metropolitan hub of activity, home to world-renown cuisine, historic arts and music communities, well-established museums, and champion sports teams. Kansas City celebrates its history while continuing to innovate, and the desirable cost of living and family-friendly amenities–from daycare to schools, parks, and zoos–makes our home one of the top U.S. cities in which to live and work.

We believe that more than 135 years of compassionate, innovative care also makes us the best place to get care and the best place to give care—and it’s all thanks to our employees. Whether in a hospital, clinic, practice or office, our nearly 12,000 employees strive toward this vision every day. We’re proud of our rich history and heritage, and the fact that we remain the only faith-based, nonprofit, locally owned health system in Kansas City. Come take a look at what we have to offer. We’d love to meet you.
