Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue was founded in 1957 by the Fiorella family in the traditional style of a storefront barbecue house with a limited selection of five to six items. Today, the restaurants have evolved from their modest beginnings to become the largest, full-service wood cookery in the industry.
The restaurant also added Fiorella's Private Dining for events and celebrations, along with a multi-million dollar catering division. In addition, the company ships barbecue around the country for corporate gifts or special occasions. Over the years, Fiorella's has received numerous awards from throughout the world.
