Fiorella's Jack Stack Barbecue

Started by Russ Fiorella in 1957, Jack Stack began as a traditional storefront barbecue. Jack Fiorella, the eldest son, worked with his father until 1974, when he decided to branch off & start Fiorella’s Jack Stack of Martin City. To stand out in the competitive Kansas City barbecue scene of the mid 1970’s, Jack & his wife, Delores, began cooking gourmet meats over hickory wood & created the most extensive barbecue menu in the country.


Today, Jack Stack Barbecue is in it’s fourth generation of the Fiorella family & has evolved into five restaurant locations, full-service Catering & Nationwide Shipping. With over 100+ years of experience between out Pit Masters, we make sure to do it the right way. Not with fancy machines and not by injecting our meats with artificial flavors, but with time-honored traditions & recipes founded on our passion towards natural, hickory smoked barbecue.
