Full Employment Council

The Full Employment Council is a business-led, private, non-profit corporation whose mission is to obtain permanent, full-time employment for the unemployed and underemployed residents of the Greater Kansas City Area.

The FEC accomplishes this goal by collaborating with businesses, local units of government, educational institutions, labor councils and community-based organizations. This partnership responds to employer needs while reducing unemployment, underemployment and the public dependency of area residents.
